02How PayPal Handles Payments

04Keeping Payment Details Private
Do not send your PayPal password, one-time authentication codes, full account numbers, PIN or other sensitive payment credentials by ordinary customer-service email.
To identify an order or investigate a transaction, customer support may request an order number or a limited payment reference.
05Questions, Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe a payment is unrecognised, duplicated, incorrect, incomplete or related to a refund issue, please contact support@rilvesta.com so we can check the relevant order and transaction information.
Contacting support first does not require you to waive or limit any right to raise a dispute, claim or chargeback through PayPal, a payment provider or another lawful channel.
06Refunds Through PayPal
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original PayPal payment method. For approved ordinary returns, the internal processing target is 7 business days after return receipt and completion of the necessary inspection.
That target is not a statutory deadline and does not override mandatory refund periods. PayPal or the relevant account provider may need additional time for the refund to become visible.
07Tax and Customs Information
Website product prices include applicable taxes according to the website’s pricing configuration. This does not mean that every international import or customs charge is prepaid.
Applicable destination-country customs duties, import charges and customs handling fees remain the customer’s responsibility unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
