These Terms apply to purchases from RilVesta and use of this website. The business operator is null, registered at null null null null null null, in null (registration number: ).
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes mandatory statutory consumer rights.
02Permitted Website Use
You may use the website for lawful purposes only. Do not interfere with its security, availability, operation or other users, or misuse its content or services.
03Product Information
Product descriptions, images and sizing details are provided to help you assess items before ordering. Minor display differences may arise from individual screens. Product-specific information presented when you place your order remains relevant to that purchase.
04Prices, Taxes and Import Costs
Displayed product prices include applicable taxes under the website’s pricing configuration. The fact that tax is included in a displayed price does not mean every possible import duty or customs-related charge is prepaid.
For international orders, applicable customs duties, import charges and customs handling fees are the customer’s responsibility unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
05Payments and Transaction Currency
PayPal is the sole payment method offered by this website. Payments are processed through PayPal, using its payment processing interface at checkout.
The actual transaction currency is EUR. For payment or charge concerns, contact support@rilvesta.com; this does not restrict any dispute rights you may have through PayPal or applicable law. Never email payment passwords or one-time verification codes.
06Submitting an Order
Placing an order is a request to purchase the selected products in accordance with the information displayed at checkout.
07Acceptance of Orders
We accept an order when acceptance is confirmed or we otherwise proceed with fulfilment, subject to applicable law.
08Order Processing
Our usual order processing time is 1–3 business days.
09Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request an order cancellation before dispatch by contacting support@rilvesta.com. After dispatch, cancellation is not guaranteed. This does not affect any applicable statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights.
10Delivery Address Changes
To request an address change, contact support@rilvesta.com before dispatch. Changes requested after dispatch cannot be guaranteed and may depend on the carrier’s procedures.
11Dispatch of Orders
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Tracking information becomes available after dispatch when the carrier’s data can be provided.
12Standard Shipping Charge
For orders below the free-shipping threshold, the standard shipping charge is 6$.
13Free Shipping Threshold
Orders that reach 50 qualify for free standard shipping.
14Estimated Transit Time
Estimated transit after dispatch is 7–15 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
Actual transit may vary due to destination, carrier operations, customs processing, busy seasons, weather, public holidays or circumstances outside reasonable control. These factors do not remove mandatory legal responsibilities.
15Shipping Destinations and Tracking
We currently deliver internationally to European Union (EU) member states. Additional eligible destinations, if available, are shown at checkout.
Every order includes shipment tracking. Depending on destination and routing, the carrier may be DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS or YunExpress; no particular carrier is promised for an individual order.
16Customs Duties and Handling Charges
Where applicable, destination-country customs duties, import fees and customs handling charges are payable by the customer unless mandatory law requires the merchant to bear them. Displayed tax-inclusive product prices do not guarantee that these import costs have been prepaid.
17Lost Parcel Resolution
If a parcel appears lost, contact support@rilvesta.com. We will review tracking information and investigate with the relevant carrier, requesting reasonable delivery information from you if needed.
Where the parcel is confirmed lost, we will arrange reshipment or a refund. The customer is not required to bear responsibility for a confirmed loss in transit.
18Ordinary Return Request Window
Eligible ordinary return requests may be submitted within 14 calendar days after receipt, including qualifying change-of-mind, size-preference and other non-defective returns.
First contact support@rilvesta.com to register the return and obtain the applicable steps and return address. The registered business address is not automatically the return address.
19Return Condition and Shipping Costs
For standard non-defective change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost, as disclosed before purchase.
Items may need to be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition and with original tags where applicable. These ordinary conditions do not remove statutory inspection or other mandatory consumer rights. We charge no restocking fee.
20Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods
If goods are damaged, defective, incorrect or an order is incomplete due to merchant responsibility, the merchant covers applicable return shipping. Rights and remedies for non-conforming goods under mandatory law remain in full effect.
21Direct Exchanges and Delivery Costs
Direct exchanges are available. For ordinary non-defective exchanges, the customer pays both return shipping and the approved replacement item’s delivery cost.
For exchanges required because goods are damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete due to merchant responsibility, the merchant covers both applicable return shipping and replacement delivery. No restocking fee is charged.
22EU 14-Day Statutory Withdrawal
For purchases covered by EU distance-selling rules, consumers generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from receipt, without giving a reason, subject only to exceptions permitted by law.
After giving withdrawal notice, goods should be returned within the timeframe prescribed by applicable law. Ordinary commercial return conditions and any 48-hour support suggestion do not shorten this right.
Where the return-cost responsibility was clearly disclosed before purchase, the customer may bear the cost of return shipping on a normal statutory withdrawal.
23Refund Processing and PayPal
For approved ordinary refunds, our internal processing target is 7 business days after returned goods are received and any necessary inspection is completed. This target is not a statutory deadline and cannot extend or replace a mandatory reimbursement period.
Where an EU statutory withdrawal applies, we reimburse within the mandatory legal period, including applicable standard original delivery costs. Additional charges from choosing delivery more expensive than the least-cost standard option may be excluded to the extent permitted by law.
When lawful, reimbursement may be withheld until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of sending them back, whichever is earlier. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original PayPal payment method; PayPal may take additional time to reflect the amount.
24Personalised Goods, Where Applicable
If such products are offered, clearly personalised or custom-made goods may fall within lawful exceptions to ordinary change-of-mind returns or the statutory withdrawal right where applicable. This does not exclude rights concerning defects, damage, incorrect goods, merchant production errors or other mandatory protections.
25Mandatory Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Such rights take precedence over an inconsistent provision in a commercial policy.
26Privacy and Personal Data

27Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, text, images and other protected materials must not be copied, redistributed or otherwise misused in violation of applicable intellectual property law.
28Liability and Legal Protections
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits rights or remedies afforded to consumers by mandatory law.
29Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Support
These Terms are subject to laws applicable to null in null, without removing mandatory consumer protections applicable in the consumer’s place of residence.
